How to take Caltrain to Levi's Stadium Concerts
Levi’s Stadium hosts some of the biggest summer concerts in the world. However, the traffic on Highway 101 and the nightmare of getting out of the parking lot can ruin a great night. The smart move? Taking the Caltrain.
The Mountain View Transfer
Levi's Stadium isn't directly on the Caltrain line, but getting there is seamless. You need to take the Caltrain to the Mountain View Station. From there, you will transfer to the VTA Light Rail (Orange Line), which drops you off directly at the stadium's Great America station.

- Arrive Early: Concerts mean crowded trains. Aim to arrive at Mountain View at least 90 minutes before the opening act starts.
- VTA Connection: The VTA Light Rail ride takes about 25-30 minutes from Mountain View to the stadium.
- Heading Home: Caltrain often coordinates with VTA to hold the last northbound trains until concert-goers arrive back at Mountain View. Just don't linger too long after the encore!
Using the new electric fleet makes the ride down from San Francisco not only eco-friendly but exceptionally smooth. Grab your friends, queue up your playlist, and enjoy the ride!
